Compare the original on the left with GPU-processed data on the right. Use the controls to change processing and pause rotation. Both views draw directly from GPU buffers. The panel shows source and filtered point counts, reading back only the four-byte filtered total after processing changes.
See the API and limitations.
Enable Size by point count to increase radius gently with the logarithm of the original voxel
population: 1 + 0.2 × log2(count), capped at 2.5 times the base radius. Disable it to compare
representatives at a uniform size. The GPU count buffer
drives sizing directly; changing this option does not rerun sampling or read counts back.
Use Grid cells per axis to choose 2–16 cells on each axis. Show voxel grid on input overlays the matching wireframe on the original input view. Smaller cells preserve more detail. The exact radius filter scans dense voxel slots, so increasing the grid from 16 to 32 would multiply its pairwise work by 64; larger grids need a more scalable neighbor search.
Drag either view to orbit and scroll or pinch to zoom. The input, processed result, and any voxel grid share synchronized orbit controls. The Rotate toggle controls automatic rotation.
